Facial Tissue Product Line

This production line mainly including:1 set  CJ200/6 Facial tissue making machine
and1 set DH-II Log saw cutter and 1 or 2 sets of FZ-II Automatic box sealing machines. The whole line, The paper roll will be    
 unwind, embossed, cross-cut, interfold and stack, then one operator is required
to pick the   
 non-vertical cut tissue  to the conveyer of DH-II ,and then the tissue log will
be Automatic slit on    
 DH-II Log saw cutter, and then will transferred to FZ-II Automatic box sealing machine
for gluing,    boxing and sealing.
It is the suitable macine for Facial tissue producing.
